About the Role
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS)
* Coordinate the design and implementation of training programs, ensuring they align with business objectives
* Manage staff skills audits and provide support in delivery of organisational development projects
* Design online training modules to enhance employee knowledge and skills
* Maintain accurate data and information in the LMS
* Coordinate training requests, both planned and ad-hoc, to meet business needs
* Oversee the delivery of an effective online induction program for new employees
* Engage with external training providers to deliver high-quality training solutions
* Manage staff training records and ensure currency and accuracy
* Contribute to employee recognition programs and initiatives
* Provide insights and metrics to inform corporate decision-making and workforce planning
* Support the development and implementation of HR operational and administrative systems, processes, and procedures
