This is underpinned by our three values – integrity in everything that we do, supporting clients everywhere, and developing and valuing everyone.Key ResponsibilitiesReview work papers and ensure appropriate evidence is documented.Apply knowledge of the business environment within which the client operates and how the client is positioned in the industry.Consider long-term perspectives on the client’s industry and identify possible opportunities and risks.Advise clients on practical and commercial issues and develop solutions that genuinely add value to the client’s business.Share knowledge, best practices, and industry market trends to actively increase the overall knowledge of the team.Meet with clients and build positive relationships.Manage team workflow and communicate regularly with partners on necessary matters.Review the work of junior team members.Ensure proper recording of information into the Firm’s systems.Prepare financial statements in accordance with current legal and accounting reporting standards.Design, develop, and analyze financial models.Identify, research, and resolve complex accounting issues.Analyze management accounting reports and provide advice to clients.Review income tax returns for individuals, companies, super funds, partnerships, and trusts.Deliver complex tax planning for clients.Essential Education RequirementsBusiness / Commerce degree with an Accounting major.Completed CA or equivalent qualification.Essential Demonstrated Experience & Attributes5-7 years’ experience in professional services.Previous experience managing a team.Strong communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Committed to continuing professional development.DesirableBusiness development exposure.How to ApplyPlease click the "Apply Now" button and complete our online application form.Salary Guide: $97,000 - $107,000 excluding superannuation.
