Experienced Personal Assistant – Real Estate

We are searching for a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated Personal Assistant to support a high-performing sales team, working directly under our Lead Agent and partner in the business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional attention to detail, and love being the backbone that keeps everything running seamlessly, then this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities

* Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules, including appointments, meetings, and events for the team.
* Task Organisation: Organise and prioritise tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, keeping the team focused on their goals.
* Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails promptly, ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients.
* Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed for meetings and client interactions.
* Google Drive Management: Maintain and organise files on Google Drive, ensuring easy access and proper documentation for all projects.
* Project Support: Assist with ongoing projects by tracking progress, compiling information, and providing administrative support as necessary.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
* Meeting Support: Attend meetings to take notes, capture action items, and follow up on tasks to ensure accountability and progress.
* Property Viewings: As required, accompany the team to property viewings, client meetings, and other events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.


Qualifications

* Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and other relevant software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
