About the Role
We are building a modern, intelligent Know Your Customer (KYC) platform tailored for the Australian market. Our mission is to empower businesses with powerful tools to verify, monitor, and understand their customers and counterparties — seamlessly, reliably, and at scale.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of this platform. You'll own the product end-to-end: from discovery and research to launch and iteration. Your focus will be building a high-utility, easy-to-integrate B2B product that solves real-world regulatory and operational challenges in KYC, onboarding, and compliance.
What You'll Do
* Own the product vision and strategy for our Australian KYC platform, aligning it with business goals and market needs.
* Drive discovery: deeply understand the needs of compliance teams, onboarding managers, risk analysts, and fintechs through user interviews, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
* Translate insights into roadmaps: define features, use cases, user flows, and prioritization frameworks (RICE, impact-effort, etc.).
* Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship high-quality functionality — including identity verification, business background checks, risk scoring, and integration APIs.
* Define and track product success metrics (adoption, retention, usage patterns, time-to-value).
* Ensure compliance and reliability standards are met, in collaboration with legal, security, and data teams.
* Stay ahead of market and regulatory trends in KYC, AML, CDD, and RegTech.
* Shape GTM strategy together with marketing and sales — including pricing, packaging, and messaging.
About You
* 5+ years in B2B product management, with at least 2 years owning data-heavy or compliance-oriented products.
* Deep understanding of KYC/AML/compliance workflows, or strong willingness to learn quickly.
* Strong discovery and user research skills: you know how to uncover pain points and validate assumptions.
* Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and say "no" with empathy.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially engineering and data.
* You're outcome-driven and comfortable in high-autonomy, high-responsibility environments.
* Bonus: experience with RegTech, identity verification, open data, or building APIs.
Why Join Us
* Opportunity to shape a critical product in the rapidly growing RegTech space.
* Work with an entrepreneurial team backed by deep industry expertise.
* Flat structure, high ownership, real impact.
* Flexible location and working hours.
