The Role:
Rugby Farming Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join the team.
We welcome applicants who would like to learn in a hands-on role within the produce industry or in quality assurance.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
· To assist the Technical Manager to ensure the quality products meet customers' expectations.
· Supporting the Technical Manager towards continuous improvement of the Food Safety Management System.
· Providing administration support and training in the packhouse environment.
· Assisting with auditing requirements and documentation to ensure best practice is followed.
About You:
The successful candidate will ideally possess:
· Excellent planning, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
· The ability to form excellent working relationship across all levels of the business.
· A friendly nature with a focus with excellent communication skills.
· Occasional travel will be required.
Experience with FreshCare, HARPS and SQF would be advantageous however not necessary.
