This role is instrumental in the planning and delivery of high quality sport and leisure infrastructure (such as community pavillons, sports fields, sports lighting and skate parks).
It is responsible for project coordination and directly supports the planning, design, construction and closing stages of projects.
It also plays a pivotal role in positively influencing Council policy and infrastructure delivery priorities and works closely with service owners, project development teams, developers and external stakeholders to ensure Council's facilities meet our growing community's needs.
About you You are passionate about how sport and leisure infrastructure can contribute to vibrant, strong communities.
You are experienced in supporting the planning and delivery of sport and leisure infrastructure projects and can build strength-based partnerships with a diverse range of audiences.
You also have strong problem solving skills, a high attention to detail and can prepare concise and clearly written documents.
