Key Responsibilities
 * Ensure franchise compliance by overseeing agreements, disclosure documents and registers
 * Draft, negotiate and review commercial contracts including supplier agreements, sponsorship deals and leases
 * Provide governance and risk advice, participating in internal committees as required
 * Prepare clear legal updates for board review
 * Manage external counsel relationships and instructions
 * Lead and support a Legal Administrator
