The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead our team and oversee the successful execution of daily operations.
* Motivate and inspire the team to consistently exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
* Assist in managing forecasting and budgets across beverage, food, and staff costs with meticulous accuracy.
* Maintain stock control procedures with exceptional attention to detail, including purchasing and pricing of goods according to established guidelines.
* Plan menus in consultation with the Chef and report directly to senior management.
* Organize functions and day-to-day running of the restaurant with efficiency and effectiveness.
* Implement, execute, and maintain outstanding levels of service, creating a benchmark for the wider team and inspiring and leading them to operate and deliver to the same standards.
* Take reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders with a smile.
* Maintain the venue's cleanliness and maintenance to the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Ensure compliance with health regulations, food handling, and OH&S regulations, and that dining facilities are clean, functional, and of suitable appearance.
