**About the role**
Awesome opportunity for a Talent Specialist to get involved in delivering strategic goals across the Talent and Recruitment space.
You will partner with community and educational providers to build talent pipelines, work with internal stakeholders to understand their workforce needs and expectations, manage relationships with labour hire agencies, and manage the recruitment process end to end for an organisation that employs over 300 locals.
This is a high-volume recruitment role across a blue collar workforce and you will not be afraid to jump in and get your hands busy! You will also have the opportunity to get involved in wider HR projects if you are looking for variety in your day to day role!

**About you**
A passionate Talent Acquisition or Recruitment qualified with experience across high-volume or end to end recruitment processes. A confident communicator with the confidence to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
You enjoy autonomy but working as part of a collaborative team.
