Job Title: Customer Success Consultant - Sales Focus
Location: Sydney
**Salary**: Base $65k - $75k + Super + Comms, OTE $120k (Negotiable depending on experience)
Our client, an innovative tech startup company based in Sydney, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Consultant with a sales focus to join their team. As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
**Responsibilities**:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs
Provide exceptional service and support to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
Analyse customer data to identify trends and develop insights to improve customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of products and services
**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience using CRM software is a plus
Experience in the tech industry is a plus
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
