As a Property Acquisitions Analyst, you will be instrumental in helping clients acquire high‐quality properties that align with client strategies, market insights, and company goals. Your role will involve understanding client expectations, conducting in‐depth market research, and identifying properties that meet our rigorous due diligence criteria.
Core Responsibilities
* Identify and secure off‐market and pre‐market properties.
* Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure properties meet client needs and company standards.
* Evaluate property value, rental potential, and cash flow to align with investment criteria.
* Present finalised properties to clients for approval.
* Deliver exceptional client service through professional presentations, collaboration, and problem‐solving.
* Communicate effectively and strategically to clients and their needs.

Role Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
* 2 years in a similar role (Buyers Agency, Property Management, Real Estate Sales, or House and Land/Off‐the‐Plan Sales).
