Gatehouse Operator Role
We are seeking a Gatehouse Operator to join our team at the waste facility.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating ticketing software, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the gatehouse area. This role requires an individual who can work efficiently, accurately, and safely within our fast-paced environment.
* Operate ticketing software to capture data for incoming and outgoing loads
* Provide high-level customer service to visitors and customers
* Maintain the gatehouse and surrounding areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
* Perform manual labor tasks as required, including lifting and moving equipment
* Assist with administrative support, including reconciliation documentation and financial handling
* Manual driver's license is essential
* Construction White Card is also required
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
* Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and as part of a team
