Responsibilities:
As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of developments across the NSW portfolio whilst ensuring projects are completed on schedule, to an exceptionally high standard and within budget. You will work closely with other development team members in providing leadership, guidance and mentorship whilst achieving project objectives together. This is a newly created role for the business with opportunities to progress your career into a true leadership role and build a team Project Managers.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
* A minimum of ten years PM experience currently in a senior position, some of which gained whilst working for a head contractor
* Experience leading projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial and mixed use
* Previous experience undertaking tenders and conducting ECI's, negotiating D&C contract terms, facilitating authority approvals and successfully leading the completion and occupation of projects
