Administration Officer Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality administrative support across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to internal stakeholders and external customers
* Deliver high-quality services through effective collaboration and communication
* Analyse data and conduct targeted research to support strategic projects
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements:
* Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Event Management, or equivalent
* Highly developed organisational, written, and oral communication skills
* Previous experience in an administration position
* Demonstrated skills and ability to relate effectively to a variety of clients offering a high level of customer service
* Advanced proficiency in business-related computer software (Microsoft Office Applications)
* Sound financial administration skills
* High-level attention to detail
