About the role
We are seeking a full-time Sales Territory Manager – Western Australia. Given the region, you will ideally you will be based in Perth metro, but not essential. The role reports directly to the Head of Retail Sales - ANZ and Taiwan and be responsible for the sales performance of all West Australian retailers, healthcare and pharmacy in terms of revenue, profitability, volume, and growth.

We are also looking for someone super-amazing and super-motivated to roll up their sleeves and hit the ground running from day one. A background in clinical nutrition, dietetics or paediatric health background is favourable.
The territory has an established customer base to nurture and grow, but with a clear focus to identify and win new customers.
What will you do?
- Love to sell and love to get out there and secure new business. Enthusiastic about children’s nutrition.
- Leverage data & insights to drive sales with our Retailers, Health Food stores, Pharmacy, and Independent Grocery stores.
- Actively identifying and winning new business opportunities within your territory.
- To manage a sales territory in line with call cycles and route plans as well as managing West Australian head office-based retail banner and buying groups
- Takes personal accountability for achieving individual and shared goals.
- Motivated by achieving targets - volume, revenue sales targets and profitability as per sales plan.
- Loves working with a fantastic team of passionate people.
- Uphold and contribute positively to LittleOak’s culture.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for a phenomenal individual who has strong experience in sales or nutrition, dietetics or paediatric health to ensure we deliver on our ambitious market growth aspirations and business targets – growing and scaling the business, year on year. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term career in our great company.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience and knowledge of the health food / pharmacy channels, either from the retailer or supplier side, or
- Current or previous FMCG experience within the Children’s Nutrition / Baby or Health Care categories, or
- Current or previous experience in nutrition, dietetics, paediatric health.
- This role is best suited to an organised and motivated individual who has excellent communication skills and is committed to providing exceptional consumer service through identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
- Additionally, this role is best suited to someone who is hungry for winning new business and nurturing relationships over the long term for mutual growth.
