Business Analyst – Operating Model & People Transformation We are partnering with a purpose‑driven organisation to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to support a major operating model, workforce, and payroll transformation. This role will play a key part in a period of organisation-wide change spanning operating model design, workforce restructuring, HR and Payroll modernisation, and system‑enabled transformation. This opportunity would suit a Business Analyst who works beyond traditional requirements gathering and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders and People & Culture teams, including Payroll, to deliver practical, people‑centred change. You’ll support enterprise-wide change initiatives with a strong focus on payroll-enabled transformation, operating model design, and workforce impacts. Working closely with business leaders, HR, and Payroll stakeholders, you’ll help translate strategy into clear structures, processes, and role outcomes while ensuring payroll impacts are clearly understood, documented, and embedded into future-state ways of working. Key Responsibilities Support operating model analysis and redesign, including current‑ and future‑state documentation Assist with end‑to‑end process and role mapping, identifying handoffs, dependencies and simplification opportunities Contribute to HR and Payroll transformation initiatives in partnership with People & Culture teams Support system‑enabled organisational change, assessing people, process and data impacts Assist with workforce restructures, including role impact analysis and transition support Engage stakeholders and support workshops in complex, change‑impacted environments About You Proven experience supporting operating model or organisational change initiatives Strong capability in process, role and impact analysis Experience partnering with HR / People & Culture stakeholders Comfortable working in ambiguous, people‑centred change environments Experience in human services, not‑for‑profit or community‑based organisations is advantageous but not essential.
