I am currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a key oncology system implementation as part of a broader digital transformation across the health sector.
This role will support the rollout of CHARM or a similar oncology-focused application across a regional health network. While remote work is supported, travel to Albury is required once every two weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of an oncology-focused clinical application
* Engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across multiple sites
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Coordinate vendors, internal teams, and training activities
* Ensure clinical workflow alignment and data governance compliance
* Track progress and prepare regular updates for senior leadership
About You:
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within healthcare or digital transformation
* Proven experience implementing CHARM or similar oncology applications (e.g., MOSAIQ, ARIA)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
* Comfortable working with clinical teams and understanding of oncology workflows
* Willing to travel to Albury fortnightly
