* Deliver aviation technical training during Initial Employment Training (IET) and Post-Initial Employment Training
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in ensuring student growth, supporting staff engagement, adhering to safety protocols and meeting legislative requirements.
Develop programs that cater to diverse learning needs; provide insightful feedback that encourages personal improvement. Foster collaborative relationships between students, colleagues and external partners. Promote inclusive work environments by leading conversations about workplace diversity.
