**The Role**
We are looking for an experienced Plant Operator Leading Hand to join our Civil team in Western Australia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing support and supervision over civil works.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant machinery.
- Working closely with Site Supervisors to ensure the project meets client expectations and SRG Global standards
**The Successful applicant will ideally have**:
- Experience operating plant machinery
- Experience with detailed excavation, backfill, temporary works, sheet piled excavations and dewatering
- Supervisory or Leading Hand experience
- Hold a current driver's licence - HR (desirable)
- Previous Experience with Pipe laying, Service relocation & Earthworks
- Good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork
- A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
- Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
