You will be joining a well established business in the commercial Fitout and refurbishment space. As senior site manager you will take full ownership of project planning, scheduling, on-site delivery and ensuring all works are executed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality. You will not only manage site operations, but also provide leadership and direction to other site managers and site teams, ensuring consistency, accountability and excellence across all projects. Responsibilities: Plan and manage the daily running of projects, ensuring work stays on schedule and meets quality standards - especially within live operational environments. Conduct daily site inspections to ensure works are progressing as planned and carry out WHS and quality checks. Lead and manage site teams, trades, and subcontractors, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to deliver on time. Provide guidance and support to other Site Managers when required. Run site meetings to keep teams and stakeholders aligned. Ensure all workers understand site expectations, safety standards, and requirements when working in live environments. Prepare clear project updates and reports for Project Managers using digital tools and site management software. About you: Trade qualification and relevant experience within joinery, shopfitting or carpentry is essential. Experience running projects within a live environment Eg. Airports, hospitals, hotels or similar operational settings (essential) Strong leadership capability, including experience managing and mentoring others on site. Confident, articulate communicator, with strong and professional client-facing skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
