Your New Role
* Prioritising personal and business safety at all times
* Conducting testing of lifting equipment on-site and off-site
* Performing maintenance and service repairs on products
* Delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
* Travelling to customer sites either DIDO or FIFO when and as required
* Collaborating with the support team to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
What You Will Bring With You
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
* Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
* Valid driver's license - DIDO will be required and ability to FIFO from Kalgoorlie to customer sites
* Capability to work in a physically demanding role and at heights
