The key responsibilities are:

- Assist with managing E-commerce channels such as but not limited to Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Catch.
- Work to make new listings and optimise current listings with Channel Advisor or similar software.
- Generate reporting daily/weekly/monthly for internal stakeholders and key partners.
- Work alongside our warehouse team to make sure orders are shipped.
- Work with the customer service team to increase our overall customer satisfaction and ensure the positive brand image.
- Working daily with the pricing team to manage inventory allocation to the channel.
- Liaising with finance team to validate reconciliation and payments.

To be successful in this role you will have experience working in an E-commerce environment, including online Marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Catch or Shopify as well as have experience with Channel Advisor. You will be confident in using excel spreadsheets to report and analyse data (Pivot tables and vlookups) and be competent in working in and around marketplaces, tracking account health / returns and reports trends.

To be a great fit for our team you will be an energetic individual with strong decision making with problem-solving capabilities and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, prioritising and multi-task your workload effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related is field is preferred as is an entrepreneurial approach to your work
