At thl, we're all about creating incredible adventures and unforgettable journeys. As a Vehicle Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our motorhomes in top-notch shape—spotless, safe, and raring to hit the open road.
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you'll work side-by-side with our fleet, customer service, and quality teams. Your efforts have a direct impact—leaving every guest with a smile and helping us build on our reputation for excellence and reliability.
What You'll Get Up To
* Hunt down and fix minor issues in our motorhomes—no two days are the same
* Install handy new parts, fittings, and accessories that make all the difference
* Troubleshoot and repair water and plumbing systems
* Use power tools like a pro, all while keeping your workspace clean and organised
* Get vehicles prepped and polished for our guests' next big trip
What Makes You a Great Fit
* You've got a valid open driver's licence (a must-have!)
* You're comfortable with power tools and know your way around basic computer systems
* Your time management and eagle eye for detail are second to none
* You thrive whether flying solo or working with a team
* Previous maintenance or handyman experience is a plus—but don't worry, we'll teach you the ropes!
