Your Opportunity
As an Optometrist in our stores, you will work with advanced technology including Retinal Camera, Visual Field Analyser, Non-contact tonometer, Corneal Topographer, Optos UWDRS, and OCT. You will understand individual lives behind the eyes and help maximize customers’ lifestyle enjoyment through tailored eyecare, providing the highest level of customer service.
Your Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive eye examinations for diverse customer groups, including children, contact lens wearers, and therapeutics.
* Recommend lens solutions aligned with customer lifestyles.
* Explain lens technology, features, benefits, coatings, and extras clearly to customers.
* Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in technology use and recommendations.
* Collaborate with Store Managers and Managing Optometrists to maximize eyecare revenue, technology utilization, optometry labour efficiency, and Medicare billing.
