About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Leader to oversee the end‐to‐end implementation and management of S/4HANA Project System (PS) for a greenfield private rise project. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with our client a global leader in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of S/4HANA Project System for a greenfield private rise project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
* Serve as a Technology Consulting Practitioner, advising, leading, and driving high‐impact activities across the systems development lifecycle.
* Provide strategic IT advisory, leveraging subject matter expertise to influence stakeholders, shape solutions, and contribute to key decisions.
* Develop and manage a comprehensive global template that standardises processes across multiple regions and business units, balancing standardisation with localisation needs.
* Oversee system integration with several external applications, ensuring seamless data flows and eliminating manual processes.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional and client‐facing teams to align on goals, risks, and deliverables.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance knowledge transfer and team capabilities.
* Analyse and optimise finance and controlling business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
* Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
* Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS).
* Advanced proficiency in integrating the PS module with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Service Management.
* Experience with SAP PS and Revenue Accounting and Reporting.
* Experience with SAP PS and Customer Projects.
* Strong expertise in Business Process Design and familiarity with Accenture Delivery Methods.
* Proven experience leading large‐scale, complex global template initiatives.
* Ability to engage with multiple teams and stakeholders, providing solutions that scale across functions.
* Strong advisory and influencing skills, with the ability to provide direction at both strategic and execution levels.
* Industry knowledge in industrial and automotive sectors.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in a global consulting or technology leadership role.
* Strong communication and presentation skills for executive‐level stakeholder engagement.
* Track record of successfully leading greenfield or private rise SAP S/4HANA implementations.
