About the Program: Lockheed Martin Australia is the Prime Contractor for the ongoing sustainment of F-35A Training Services in Tindal, NT.
About You: A team orientated, self-motivated, diligent individual with a strong Cyber/ICT background.
Responsibilities:
The Cyber Security Architect plays a key role in ensuring the security of systems used in the F35 Training System by overseeing the following responsibilities:
* System Security Configuration Identification and Control, Baselines, Status Accounting, Verification and Auditing, Auditing of all systems within the security architecture of the training system.
* Prepare and publish system security status reports as required.
* Conduct security audits, including related system verification and validation.
* Deliver system security training to applicable training centre personnel.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for any system security management, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues.
* Establish, guide, conduct and undertake analysis of Security forensics/reporting
* Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice to Change Management Boards relating to the security impact of system issues and planned configuration changes.
Essential:
* Significant experience in a security administration role.
* Excellent knowledge of Splunk Enterprise Operational Intelligence tools for Auditing.
* Excellent knowledge of Windows audit policy and ability to manually audit security logs to ensure compliance with security policy.
* CompTIA Security + or equivalent Security relevant qualification.
* Significant experience in intrusion detection.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Tertiary qualifications from an accredited institution in a related discipline (typically Information Technology), and/or equivalent experience/combined education.
* Significant experience in system administration, hardware/software management, release management, configuration management, incident management.
Desirable:
* Demonstrated experience guiding, overseeing and co ordinating within a project environment (preferably in the defence industry).
* Significant experience in overseeing and providing effective guidance, mentoring, and training to other employees.
Special Requirements:
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
