About the Role
You will lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. Your typical day may involve:
* Supporting clients in the community, in their home, in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth.
* Meeting with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision.
* Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.
* Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to making a real impact.
