The ideal candidate will display knowledge and application of the Abilities Based Learning and Education WA (ABLEWA) curriculum, designing individualised learning programs using assessment tools, including ABLEWA progressions. They should use effective pedagogy to support differentiated teaching in literacy, numeracy, life skills, and functional learning contexts.
A strong understanding of interpersonal and communication skills is essential to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and external providers.

Key Responsibilities:
* To design and implement individualised learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of students
* To utilise assessment tools to monitor student growth and inform future planning
* To maintain open communication with students, colleagues, parents, and external providers
* To work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement education programs
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Tertiary qualifications in Education or a related field
* Strong knowledge and application of the ABLEWA curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of professionalism, creativity, and patience
