Senior Ecommerce Manager
Join Talent Matters as a Senior Ecommerce Manager. This role combines strategy, operations and leadership to grow our ecommerce channel.
Base Pay Range
A$120,000 – A$140,000 per year.

Talent Matters is a well‐known women's apparel and accessories brand based in the Inner West of Sydney with a large brick‐and‐mortar and online presence across Australia. Our office is located in St Peters and we offer 1 day of work‐from‐home per week, onsite parking and convenient proximity to the train station.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the Head of Digital to develop the ecommerce strategy aligned with company vision and business objectives.
* Trade the site to drive online sales performance.
* Manage the ecommerce calendar.
* Identify and work with technology partners to implement new technologies and platforms that enhance the ecommerce experience.
* Identify new market opportunities, vendors and potential areas for growth to expand the ecommerce footprint.
* Coordinate with product development, supply chain and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution and seamless operations.
* Conduct in‐depth analysis of market trends, customer behaviours and the competitive landscape to inform roadmap initiatives.
* Manage the user experience of the website.
* Leverage advanced analytics to monitor financial performance and implement strategies that improve ROI, efficiency and profitability.
* Oversee and maintain SEO activities to optimise the channel, driving strategy and execution within the team.
* Oversee and manage paid media budgets in collaboration with external agencies.
* Develop and manage the affiliate marketing channel.
* Lead, mentor and develop the ecommerce team, including one direct report – the Digital & Ecommerce Specialist.
Qualifications
* 4–5 years of experience in a senior ecommerce role.
* Proactive approach with a strong drive to independently manage projects.
* Ability to deliver outcomes while fostering collaboration.
* Proficiency in Shopify.
* Experience in fashion retail or beauty/accessories highly regarded.
