This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.60FTE), 21.75 hours per fortnight.
The Link and Launch program aims to support this group of young people, with a focus on Year 12 completers who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) in the two years after leaving school. By assisting these young people to navigate the pathways, programs and services that are available to them, they will be supported to make a positive transition.
As the Link and Launch Coordinator you will:
* Oversee the ongoing delivery of the school-based Link and Launch program and engage with relevant agencies, business and industry partners and training organisations to maximise opportunities and secure pathways for Year 12 completers at risk of not successfully transitioning to work or further study.
* Establish and maintain effective networks and work collaboratively with universities, training organisations, employers and industry groups to build strong and vibrant links that promote post school pathways for young people in the two years post Year 12 to make a successful transition to education, training or employment.
Our cluster of schools is looking for an engaging and knowledgeable staff member to join our pathways team, taking on an important role in supporting school leavers.
