Responsibilities of an English as an Additional Language/Dialect Teacher:
* Collaborate with classroom teachers to adjust pedagogy and assessment for EAL/D students when needed.
* Provide targeted intensive teaching for small groups and individuals with identified EAL/D needs within the inclusive education policy.
* Support documentation of intervention responses for EAL/D learners requiring additional support.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A relevant teaching qualification.
* Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland.
* An exemption card issued by Blue Card Services for teachers working in Education and Care Services.
