Job Title: Building Project Manager
Are you a skilled building and construction professional seeking a challenging role in project management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Building Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality building projects.
* Oversee the preparation of detailed estimates, quotations, project trade packages, material lists, and construction programs.
* Supervise the delivery of maintenance, construction, and upgrade works to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
* Undertake condition assessments and inspections of building elements and materials.
* Deliver tenancy management services and maintenance referrals for government employee housing.
Mandatory Requirements:
* A current Workplace Health and Safety General Safety Induction Card (Construction White Card).
* A current Driver's License.
Highly Desirable:
* A Trade Certificate or equivalent building and construction industry qualification.
* Experience in estimating, supervising, and delivering building and maintenance projects within a government or large organizational framework.
