Firearms Services Officer Job Description

Duties:
* Contributing to firearms licensing and permitting.
* Providing guidance to less experienced staff.
* Performing pre-employment checks on applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
The Firearms Client Services Officer will play a key role in contributing to the operational effectiveness of Firearms Services. They will assist the Team Leader and Manager by completing various data entry and administrative duties, as well as contribute to firearms licensing and permitting in line with business priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the applicant should have knowledge and expertise consistent with qualifications recognised at Certificate 3 or equivalent level. This includes experience in administration, customer service, and working with sensitive information.
