Job Description
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to join our industry‑leading Water infrastructure team based in our Townsville office.
Work across a range of significant water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, storage reservoirs and water & wastewater treatment infrastructure for various clients both locally in North Queensland and beyond.

How you'll make a difference
* Apply your water infrastructure design skills and knowledge into meaningful local and national projects.
* Lead project delivery from business development through design to construction, managing commercial aspects.
* Provide technical leadership with support from multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality, timely, and budget‑compliant outcomes.
* Mentor junior staff and build strong relationships with internal and external clients across various sectors.
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) / Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex multidisciplinary projects and meeting delivery requirements in the water infrastructure industry.
* A future leader with an interest in succession and long‑term growth within a global organisation.
* Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external, client‑facing level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks within the business.
* Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
