Integrum Advisory is a public accounting practice that assists individuals, small to medium businesses, trusts and SMSFs with their tax and accounting affairs.
We're looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join our team in a full‑time, work‑from‑home role. You'll work closely with the Principal Partner and gain valuable hands‑on experience and mentoring. A laptop is provided, and the salary package is negotiable based on experience. Immediate start available.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, BAS / IAS, payroll tax and FBT returns for individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and SMSFs.
- Assist with managing a portfolio of clients and building strong, long‑term client relationships.
- Manage workflow and deliver work efficiently and accurately.
- Identify and resolve tax compliance issues proactively.
- Assist with tax planning and business advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
- Proficient in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks (experience with Class Super desirable).
- Completed accounting degree or similar qualification.
- CPA or CA qualification is desirable.
- Robust ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in Sydney with full Australian work rights.
