Job Title: Business Development Manager - Structured Cabling Solutions
Location: Canberra, Australia

Reporting to: Regional Sales Director for ANZ
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with expertise in structured cabling solutions to drive business growth and build long-term relationships with clients in Canberra and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
* Provide remote and onsite technical support to the organization, enabling informed business decisions regarding warranties, installation practices, adherence to relevant standards, and effective project strategies.
* Collaborate proactively with the sales team to ensure the role is recognized as a value-add by both internal staff and our four external customer pillars: Distribution, Consultants, CI, and end users.
* Work closely with global technical teams to share technical knowledge, develop globally aligned solutions, and help create a seamless global technical organization.
* Contribute to the online Customer Service Portal system, including the development of technical white papers, supporting documentation, and training materials.
* Coordinate and conduct practical installer training sessions.
* Maintain and update records, testing parameters, and other necessary information to support the sales organization in securing projects and business opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
* 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. Can consider lesser but should be from structured cabling industries.
* Strong understanding of the Structured Cabling marketplace in ANZ and deep technical knowledge of copper and fibre Structured Cabling Solutions.
* Background in Structured Cabling Installation practices and a solid understanding of relevant industry standards.
* Strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize, and manage workload independently.
* Flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous self-improvement and contributing positively to the team.

* BICSI - RCDD accreditation.
* Ability to build relationships and influence key internal and external stakeholders.
