About The Role
Our Guest Service Agents are responsible for:
1. Delivering exceptional guest experiences at every part of the journey including reservations, arrivals, departures, and throughout their stay.
2. Being an ambassador for the hotel, positively representing and promoting our boutique brand.
3. Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests using the Hotel's PMS system.
4. Answering and processing reservation inquiries, making recommendations, and upselling rooms according to availability.
5. Coordinating with other departments.
6. Answering and dispatching both incoming external and internal calls.
7. Maintaining sufficient knowledge of all room rates and available packages.
8. Following up on all guest requests and complaints.
9. Being a key part of the guest experience, interacting wherever and whenever possible.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
1. A desire to genuinely help people.
2. Front Office/reservation experience preferred but not essential; we value attitude above experience.
3. The drive to deliver exceptional guest service and derive satisfaction from helping, problem-solving, and being accountable for your workload.
4. An eye for detail and exceptional social skills.
5. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and working collaboratively.
6. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
7. A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
