We are a Civil & Earthmoving company who also specialises in Haulage, Oversize/Width moves, material transport & Potable Water. Westex Contracting is owned and operated by the Matthews family who have lived in the Pilbara and operated Westex Contracting for over 15 years.
Your Role
Your role will consist of, but is not limited to
* Liaise with operations Manager in scheduling Drivers/Operators (roster, fatigue)
* Liaise with Recruitment Admin (mobilisation, site access)
* Enter Dry & Wet Hire job information to invoicing stage
* Actively follow up information eg. Hire Agreements, Purchase Order numbers etc.
* Enter driver fatigue, pre-starts, day dockets on a daily basis
* Collate Day Dockets & Timesheets to ensure accuracy
* Ensure all job information is recorded & tracked for wet & dry hire.
* Enter Labour, Material loads, Standpipe Load Sheets, Parts Invoices etc.
* Ensure load plans are accurate
* Monitor & process controlled waste tracking forms
General
* Keep processes for your role current
* Keeping stationery & kitchen stocked
* Other general duties
