Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Consultant to join our team. As a Mental Health Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving a person-centric approach to the recovery of psychological claims and supporting sustainable return to work outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with case managers to develop innovative strategies to manage complex psychological claims, identify psychosocial barriers, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health-related disciplines, including psychology, rehabilitation counselling, social work, counselling, mental health nursing, etc., and experience within the insurance sector would be highly regarded.
