Role Overview
As a Manager in Training, you'll step into a fully-fledged leadership role from day one - immersing yourself in the day-to-day of running a store, leading a team, and creating experiences that matter. This is your opportunity to shape culture, inspire others, and build the foundation for your next chapter as a Store Manager.

What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver warm, welcoming, and meaningful customer moments
* Drive results across service, sales, store presentation and operational excellence

* Support day-to-day operations including rostering, stock flow, and visual merchandising
