About the role Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Analyst will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely data and insights to support procurement decisions across the business. You will work closely with category managers and stakeholders to build dashboards, analyse spend, evaluate tenders, and improve procurement reporting and governance. With tools like Power BI, Excel, and Azure, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive value, ensure compliance, and support smatter procurement activity. Key responsibilities will include: Analyse procurement spend and deliver insights Support tenders with financial modelling, supplier evaluation, and market analysis Maintain procurement data systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity Develop and manage reporting on supplier performance, contracts, and compliance Collaborate with procurement and business teams to drive data-led decisions About you This role requires a detail-orientated analyst who enjoys transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will bring a mix of commercial acumen, technical skills, and a proactive mindset to support procurement decisions in a fast past environment. In addition, you will need: 5 years’ experience in procurement analytics, ideally within a large or complex organisation Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and comfortable working with large data sets.
