About The Opportunity
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts and coordinating freight operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage customer accounts and coordinate freight operations
* Schedule pickups, deliveries and ensure timely service flow
* Communicate with client carriers to resolve issues fast
* Handle calls, queries and investigate freight concerns
* Enter data, maintain records and confirm updates by email
* Build relationships and monitor service levels closely now
* Report performance issues and support general office tasks
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service (phone-based or face-to-face)
* Strong communication skills with a proven customer service background
* Proficient in Excel, Word, and general email or office systems
* High attention to detail with strong time management and multitasking skills
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
* Experience in logistics or freight (preferred) and confident phone communication
