About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated chef to take the next step in their career and contribute to a high-performing and supportive team environment.
As Chef/Cook, you will:
* Prepare and cook dishes across all sections of the kitchen to a consistently high standard
* Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver menus that highlight fresh, seasonal produce
* Assist in maintaining smooth kitchen operations, including food preparation, service, and cleaning schedules
* Keep stock in optimum condition, participate in regular stock takes, and assist with inventory management
* Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
* Contribute to the positive culture of our kitchen team through collaboration and professionalism
