The Role
This large QLD State Government Department is seeking a Business Support Officer to provide administration support to the Business Support Team. Your duties will include:
* Work order management
* Data entry and data analysis.
* Office maintenance and fleet management support.
* Compile documents and reports with accuracy and consistency; update records and systems using Excel and other information systems.
* Reading and populating Excel and Word documents and forms
* Inbox management - responding to clients and contractors regarding their requests and enquiries.
You
The successful candidates will have strong administration skills and work order experience. You will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel - Excel experience is essential for this role
* High attention to detail
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with recurring tasks
* Strong time management skills
* Proven experience in a service maintenance role is highly desirable
