Gia's Renovations is seeking an experienced Site
Supervisor
to join our growing team in Perth. This is a full-time, hands-on role overseeing the successful delivery of bathroom and kitchen renovation
project
s from start to finish. You'll be on-site daily, working closely with trades, suppliers, and clients to ensure every
project
is completed to the highest standard, on time, and on budget.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinate and manage all on-site activities for bathroom and kitchen renovation
project
s
* Oversee and coordinate multiple renovation sites at the same time
* Supervise and schedule trades including tilers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other subcontractors
* Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements
* Manage day-to-day site operations, including deliveries, waste removal, and site safety
* Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep
project
s running smoothly
* Liaise directly with clients to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
* Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and installed as per
project
schedules
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site at all times
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years' experience in site supervision, preferably in bathroom and kitchen renovations
* Strong trade knowledge and practical understanding of renovation sequencing and requirements
* Proven ability to manage multiple renovation sites and coordinate multiple trades
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
* Strong communication skills with clients, trades, and suppliers
* Construction White Card and
Supervisor

* Relevant trade background or qualification highly regarded
