About the Role
* Support the Senior Graphic Designer in creating and delivering visual communications aligned with seasonal brand direction.
* Design and prepare finished artwork for digital channels, including email campaigns, website content, landing pages, and category banners.
* Adapt and resize creative concepts across a range of digital formats, including social media, banners, and digital advertising.
* Assist in maintaining workflow to deliver on‐brand, on‐time creative solutions in line with key deadlines.
* Ensure all design work communicates clearly and aligns with brand identity and campaign direction.
* Apply an understanding of usability and layout best practices across web and social platforms.
* Develop print assets for in‐store visuals and printed communications.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and the broader creative team to produce cohesive campaign assets across all channels.
About You
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or similar.
* Strong interest in fashion and retail.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
* Ability to take direction and contribute ideas, working from concept through to final artwork.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Familiarity with tools such as Figma and After Effects is advantageous.
* Understanding of digital and print production processes.
* Understanding of different digital platforms (web, mobile and social media applications).
