About Our Client
Our Client, is a well-established Australian mining contractor delivering comprehensive surface and underground mining services across Australia. At Mt Carlton Gold Mine, Our Client is committed to maintaining high safety standards, operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative and supportive site culture.
What you will be Doing
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced LV Fitter to join the maintenance team at Mt Carlton Gold Mine. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing light vehicles and ancillary equipment to ensure optimal performance and site reliability. You will work a 7/7 rotating roster of 12-hour days only, contributing to safe and efficient mining operations.
What you will need
* Trade Qualification as a Light Vehicle Fitter or equivalent
* Previous experience working within a mining environment
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Current Drivers Licence
* Ability to work 12-hour rotating day shift only
* Commitment to safety and teamwork
