People and Culture Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our people and culture team in the administration of employment contracts, processing amendments and variations, and conducting exit interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage employment contracts and reports with high accuracy
* Process amendments and variations to contracts
* Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback
Requirements:
* Previous experience in human resource administration
* High level computer literacy in Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Ability to contribute positively to the culture and values of the organisation
