About the Role
A well-established organization in Bedford Park is seeking a Facilities Manager to support with operational and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient day-to-day activities, managing contractor access, work orders, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contractor & Client Coordination:
o Oversee contractor sign-ins and access management.
o Ensure compliance with workplace permits and regulations.
o Track and follow up on contractor activities and work progress.
* Work Order & Project Management:
o Monitor priority tasks and provide updates to management.
o Handle follow-ups for outstanding maintenance requests.
o Maintain records of completed and pending work orders.
* Administrative Support:
o Maintain and update key documentation and compliance records.
o Manage inventory for office and site supplies.
o Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings.
* Team Support & Reporting:
o Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
o Prepare reports and maintain organised data records.
o Support leadership in daily administrative functions.

What You'll Need:
* Experience: At least 3 years in management, administration, or a similar role.
* Work Rights: Australian residents preferred, but visa holders with full working rights are welcome.
* Qualifications & Clearances:
o National Police Clearance
o Working with Children (WWC) Check
* Skills:
o Strong organisational and communication skills.
o Ability to multitask and work independently.
o Experience managing contractors or operational tasks is a plus.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* Choice of shifts: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
