Senior Marketing and Communications Coordinator Job Description
This senior role oversees marketing and communications, managing the calendar, creating content, and ensuring quality control across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Calendar Management: Own and manage the marketing calendar, aligning activities with business priorities and key dates.
* Content Creation: Write, edit, and coordinate communications across various platforms, including eDMs/newsletters, websites, campaigns, and social media.
* Quality Control: Provide oversight to ensure consistency in tone, accuracy, and approvals across all communications.
* Creative Workflow Management: Manage creative workflow, including briefs, artwork, deadlines, stakeholder feedback, and production schedules.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate member segmentation and CRM data to support targeted communications and improve data hygiene.
* Social Media Engagement: Drive member engagement through social media and digital content, including light reporting on performance.
* Revenue Opportunities: Support revenue growth through advertising and partnerships, coordinating assets, deadlines, and relationships.
* Website Content Maintenance: Update and maintain website content in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and governance.
* Publishing and Event Support: Contribute to the production of the Master Plumber Magazine and provide marketing support at events, including promotion, social media, photography, and onsite assistance.
* Team Coaching and Development: Coach and support other marketing team members, including onboarding, task planning, templates, and workflow improvements to enhance team capability and consistency.
